Discovering my passion for design was a transformative journey that began in the rigid and uninspiring confines of the Spanish education system and took a vivid turn when I moved to the UK to study. That's where I had my eureka moment – immersed in a culture that lived and breathed design.
Upon earning my degree in Typography and Graphic Communication from The University of Reading, I joined Fruto Studio, mentored by the founder and my former teacher. Recognising my potential, she hired me as the inaugural UX designer. At Fruto, I honed my skills in making tech interactions engaging, positive and user-centred experiences.
In the over five years I’ve spent at Fruto, I’ve played a key role in transitioning the company from a startup to a regional leader in digital design across healthcare, emerging technologies, and education. My expertise in digital design, client relations, and project management has enhanced operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Through my Master's degree, hands-on experience, and additional training courses, I have broadened my skills into brand research and strategy. This has not only helped introduced new branding services at Fruto but also allowed me to lead the development and refinement of our studio's brand strategy. Today, my expertise in digital product design equips me to bring value to diverse product designer roles, addressing a wider scope of work.
As a Product Designer, my expertise lies in crafting digital experiences that not only meet user needs and business goals but also embody the essence of a brand. My work encompasses all aspects of digital product design, including community engagement, UX workshops, and advocating for impactful design.
My approach to work is simple: bring enthusiasm, creativity, meticulous attention to detail, adaptability, and an unwavering work ethic to every project. My goal? To design experiences that resonate, connect, and leave a lasting positive impact.
